PELARGONIUM ionidiflorum Species. Vivid rose pink flowers in abundance for most of the season. Typical two upper - three lower petals. April-Oct. Fresh green, pinnated foliage. Compact, slightly trailing plant. Ht. 30cm. Sp. 20cm. Grows in the drier parts of the eastern Cape. Reniformia group. Introduced 1859. Used with other species in the hybrids P. Deerwood Lavender Lass and P. Deerwood Lavender Lad.
