PELARGONIUM Black Velvet Regal Pelargonium. Large red flowers. Two dark red upper petals with scarlet red lower petals and an almost black centre. Large cupped round leaves. April-Oct. Ht. 40cm. Sp. 30cm. A reliable and robust form. Superb in pots outside in the summer.
