Genus
Common Name

HEMEROCALLIS Longfield Bandit

Small reddish brown flowers with a deeper red ring and a yellow throat. Small heads on tall stems. June-Aug. Ht. 70cm. Sp. 40cm. Open position. Any soil. Unknown origin.

Miniature forms are ideal for small gardens or containers. Some are small in growth and stature, others have miniature heads, sometimes only a couple of inches in diameter. The majority of Hemerocallis can be grown in pots as long as the pot size is relative to the growth rate of the cultivar, and we recommend repotting and/or dividing every 3-4 years
