A: Potted stock should arrive within 5-7 working days. Bareroot items within 7-10 working days. There are some exceptions including plants that are only dispatched seasonally or if in the plant record it states a specific date the plants will be dispatched. Please check the plant record you ordered from before contacting us. Through periods of severe drought orders of bareroot Hemerocallis may be delayed.

A: We are only open on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 1st March to 31st October. From 10am-4pm

A: Yes you can collect from us. Simply order online or over the phone. You will be contacted after ordering to arrange a collection time. Please allow 5 working days notice for collections of potted stock or 10 working days for bareroot stock. Orders can be collected any day of the week except Sunday as we are closed
A: Since February 2022 we have a new payment system on our website. We no longer run a ‘virtual terminal’ on our website for payments due to the rising costs of doing so.
You can pay at the checkout via:
Paypal. You will be directed to your Paypal account to complete the purchase
Offline payment. Your order will be processed and we will contact you via phone to take payment via credit/debit card.
Payment is taken using a secure Lloyds Cardnet machine. Card details are not stored on our database. Your order will not be dispatched until we have received payment
Direct Bank Transfer. Your order will be processed and you can make payment via online banking. Our bank details for the transfer will be emailed to you at the point of order. Please follow the instructions on the email notification
A: Our courier DPD has a very efficient tracking system for deliveries. You’ll receive email confirmation on the day we pack your order to let you know it’s due. On the day of delivery you’ll then receive an email and/or text with a hours delivery window for your delivery. This email usually arrives before 9am in the morning. You can on either of these emails use the links to choose to have your order ‘left in a safe place’ if you won’t be in to sign for the order.
Please note due to security we CANNOT guarantee that a driver will leave your order if you have not chosen this option on the DPD email.
A: We do not give out set delivery days due to the nature of our business. However you can request a specific day by emailing us on info@woottensplants.co.uk if we are able to do so we will try our best to deliver on this day for you. However it is not guaranteed.
A: We only have one office based member of staff on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. She may be on phone when you call. Please insure that you leave a message on the answerphone, otherwise we do not know you have rung. We advise customers to send emails when possible as these can be picked up anytime of the day. Most of the week we are working on the nursery.
